COMMISSION PRICES

General
By commissioning me (Zack Loup), you agree to these terms.


• You must be 18 years or older.


• I have the rightto refuse a commission for any reason.


• All artwork will be done in my style. Please see my gallery for examples of my previous work.

• 
I will NOT commissions that support or glorify bigotry, fascism, or discrimination.

• I am not obligated to answer you at any time. Please respect my need for off days and rest.

Character Reference

• I will need some sort of reference of your character. It can be a character sheet, colored template, a picture of an animal, etc.


• If all angles are not visible, I will assume what’s there.

• 
I will work off of a written description if I am given full artistic interpretation.

Payment

• 
All payments are handled through Paypal or Patreon.


• Do not send me money on Paypal, I will send you an invoice once we agree upon a payment.

• Commissions valued at $150 or lower must be paid in full. Anything above that and I am willing to work out a payment plan.
 For illustrations valued over $150: 50% down, then installments of 25% of the remaining balance.

• 
For multiple comic pages: The first page must be paid in full. Payments will be payed in installments of the value of each comic page.

• 
If you have trouble making payments, please contact me to work something out.

• If payments are not made and contact is not possible for 3 days, I have the right to cancel the commission without any refund.

Deadlines

• 
I will give an approximation as to when your commission will be finished, however, it is not a guarantee.


• Your commission will be done within a month (30 days) of payment.


• If you have a hard deadline, order early or let me know when you need your commission, and I will let you know if it can be done.

• 
I will not do rush orders.

Changes/Cancellations


• I may choose to cancel and refund your commission for any reason.

• 
Cancellation with full refund may occur ONLY if your commission is in the "Not Started" stage on Trello.


• Completed commissions will not be refunded for any reason.


• For commissions valued over $65, you will be shown a work-in-progress sketch. Please point out any changes or fixes that need to be made at this stage.

• Once I begin inking and coloring, I will not make free changes unless I made a mistake on your character's design.

• 
If you are unhappy with a completed commission, you may ask me to redo small aspects of the piece (such as altering color) but not the entire image. I will happily fix any errors that are my fault, such as incorrect character markings or colors.

• 
I have the right to reuse any rejected sketches or canceled commissions, which may be slightly altered and resold by me.

Ownership


• I retain ownership of the work.


• You may not resell or reproduce my work for profit.

• 
You can make prints for personal use, post on your own websites, online galleries and social media, and use your commissioned piece as icons, headers, etc, as long as I am credited as the artist.


• You may not alter the work otherwise without permission.


• I can post work in progress pictures and the finished work in my
galleries as part of my portfolio. I can, however, avoid posting a piece until a certain date, if you would like it to be a gift or revealed at a special occasion.

Additional Terms of Service for NSFW Commissions


• NSFW (not safe for work) here means any commission containing pornographic or potentially sensitive imagery such as gore.


• You and all characters involved in your commission must be 18+


• If you are getting a commission involving someone else’s characters, I will need their consent as well.
